Culinary mastermind, Chef Massimo Bottura returns to the UAE for the launch of Torno Subito’s new Saturday offering, Torno Sabato.
Here for one day only, diners can join Massimo himself, as he steps behind the stove and hosts the official launch of Torno Sabato on December 28th.
Taking place every Saturday from the 28th December, Torno Sabato is the perfect place for laid-back afternoons. Guests can choose between dining indoors in a retro 1950’s vibe or take advantage of the incredible weather in an outdoor colourful beach cabana, set against stunning Riviera views.
Offering a spectacular sharing dining style, Torno Subito’s new offer, Torno Sabato features an impressive array of delectable dishes that are guaranteed to satisfy guests. Foodies can indulge in gourmet calzones, filled with sweet marinara sauce and creamy burrata, a selection of cheeses and salami; including Parmigiano and Bresaola, slow cooked wagyu beef cheek, Seafood Risotto, and an irresistible (and super Instagrammable) Cacio and Pepe, made in a Parmigiano Reggiano wheel.
Diners can then enjoy the sweetest of finishes with the ultimate Gelato cart show and a sharing mix dessert platter. With a variety of drinks stations to try.
