ANGELINA LAUNCHES FOUR NEW FLAVOURS DURING THE ‘MONT-BLANC DAYS’
Mont-Blanc days are back at Angelina Paris for a limited time only with four unique flavours. From November 7th until November 14th dinners can indulge in the signature pastry.
The recipe was created at the beginning of the 20th century by Angelina pastry Chefs and has remained unchanged since. The Mont-Blanc Classic is made of crispy and dry French meringue under a smooth creamy dome of light whipped cream, covered by chestnut vermicelli. Its shape was inspired by the trendy long bob haircut during the 20th century.
In celebration of its annual ‘Mont-Blanc Days’ the Parisian café launched four additional unique flavours. The Tarte Mont-Blanc is a sweet vanilla pastry with soft chestnut biscuit with light whipped cream, a creamy chestnut heart and chestnut cream. The Mont-Blanc Chocolat has a crunchy meringue base with light whipped cream, chocolate and chestnut cream vermicelli and topped with delicate dark chocolate shavings. Enjoy the sweetness of the Mont-Blanc Praliné with meringue, light whipped cream, praline cream heart and chestnut cream vermicelli with hazelnut shreds. Or opt for the Mont-Blanc Spéculoos that will delightfully surprise your taste buds with meringue, light whipped cream, speculoos heart, chestnut cream vermicelli and topped with speculoos shreds.
Set to satisfy your sweet tooth diners can savour the sumptuous selection of Mont-Blanc pastries, priced at AED 49 each, from November 7-14 only. The new Mont-Blanc flavours are available at both The Dubai Mall and Zero6 Mall in Sharjah
