ZUMA’S RENOWNED BAIKINGU BRUNCH LAUNCHES IN DOHA

As the award-winning Zuma Baikingu Brunch became a staple in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, the brunch now launches in Doha, offering an extensive selection of dishes from Zuma’s mouth-watering tasting menu served across a variety of food stations.

Starting from QAR 400 per person, Zuma’s brunch offers bold and intense flavours that are authentic but not traditional. Bringing a sophisticated twist on the izakaya style of informal eating, the new Baikingu Brunch incorporates the contemporary Japanese dishes for which Zuma is renowned.

A selection of welcome drinks along with fresh oysters will greet guests upon arrival, followed by an array of cold starters, live salad and sushi stations as well as hot starters served to the table. Additionally, Zuma’s miso soup, steamed soybeans, shrimp tempura, crispy fried squid and chicken tempura are available upon request. The Baikingu Brunch also includes a variety of robata dishes and main courses served to the table before wrapping up on a sweet note, with an assortment of desserts from the alluring display.

For guests who prefer choosing from the Zuma menu, the A la carte lunch will be available in both the restaurant and terrace areas to enjoy during the brunch hours.

The Zuma Doha Baikingu Brunch is available every Friday from 12:30pm until 4:30pm, offering a selection of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage packages available to suit guest preferences.

Following its success during the FIFA World Cup 2022, Zuma Doha has reopened its doors this October as a permanent location in Al Maha Island, bringing its award-winning contemporary Japanese cuisine and informal izakaya dining concept to Al Maha Island.
