THE ACCLAIMED ASATEER TENT RETURNS TO ATLANTIS, THE PALM

Atlantis, The Palm proudly announces the annual return of its renowned Asateer Tent to celebrate the Holy Month of Ramadan. Back bigger than ever before, the venue will offer an elegant yet modern look and feel with beautiful décor, as well as stunning seafront seating and terrace options. Diners can look forward to savouring a fusion buffet with dedicated theme nights, showcasing international, Arabesque, Khaleeji, Persian, and Turkish cuisine.

Breathing new life into the stunning marquee for the highly anticipated Iftar buffet and due to popular demand, Asateer will welcome up to 1,400 guests each night this year. Featuring a variety of seating arrangements, diners can look forward to the Royal Majlis and four VIP Majlis areas overlooking the Arabian Sea, as well as booth seating and 120 dining tables that can accommodate up to 800 indoor as well as 600 outdoor guests. Visitors can also enjoy live entertainment during Suhoor, with enchanting oud strings and vocal performances. Group packages will be available for both Iftar and Suhoor, so whether an intimate family meal, an evening with friends or a large gathering, Asateer will be the perfect choice for evening celebrations this Ramadan.

The Iftar buffet is priced at AED 270 per person for weekdays and AED 290 per person for weekends, inclusive of water, a choice of delectable Ramadan juices such as authentic Arabian hibiscus, jallab, sahlab, amar al din as well as fresh orange juice. With a flavour for every taste, the staple Ramadan beverages will be made with the finest dates, dried fruit, grape molasses, and apricots. The Iftar buffet will be available from sunset until 8:30pm. The minimum spend for Suhoor is AED 180 per person for weekdays and weekends, with food being served from 10:00pm until 2:30am. Guests are welcome to stay and enjoy the tent until 3:00am.

Helmed by the talented Ali El Bourji, Executive Arabic Chef at Atlantis Dubai, Bourji is set to create an experience unlike any other including an exquisite selection of Ramadan favourites such as Jordanian lamb mansaf, lamb ouzi, and western carving station. Guests can also look forward to a variety of dessert stations, including a traditional live, Arabic sweet-making station, hot favourites such as kunafa, osmaliya with ashta, as well as an ice cream station, continental assorted pastry, and chocolate fountain. During Suhoor, there will be a mouth-watering à la carte menu on offer which will include cold and hot mezzeh, manakish, soup, grilled meat, fish and seafood, Ramadan desserts, hot snacks, Ramadan juices and hot beverages. Visitors will also be treated to various live entertainment throughout Suhoor, including the Middle Eastern oud.
