Providing a rustic charm alongside grilled seafood and sundowners, the ever-popular ‘Chill & Grill’ weekly brunch will take on a new twist this season, with brand-new packages inclusive of beach and pool access to the resorts five award-winning pools. Aimed at extending the weekend relaxation all Saturday long, the beach and brunch package inclusive of soft beverages also has the option for an additional spa treatment, ensuring complete heavenly relaxation. For guests preferring casual sundowners at the beachside restaurant, the ‘don’t limit happy to an hour’ specials offer fantastically priced signature serves, hop and grape beverages.

Presenting a new, enticing à la carte menu, guests take advantage of the revitalized Latin American cuisine with a Mediterranean twist. Sharing starters such as half a dozen oysters are the perfect start along with a range of appetizers, from classic empanadas and short rib tacos to the refreshing seabass and confit octopus ceviche – a signature of the restaurant. Mains feature a variety of grills from the land and sea such as ‘Arroz con Mariscos’ – mixed seafood on red Peruvian rice, Argentinian rib eye and the star of the show – the Farm Grill, combining the best of the land and sea selections. The cuisine is complemented by a fun menu of tropical drinks, as chilled as the relaxed ambience, where no shoes and certainly no filter are needed!

Don’t Limit Happy to an Hour!
Providing a stunning setting to watch the sun set past the sweeping shores of the JBR beachfront, or simply catch some rays beachside, Palm Grill’s “don’t limit happy to an hour!” makes the casual dining spot the perfect all-day retreat highlighting a selection of hop, grape, spirits and signature serves from only AED 33 to AED 39 per beverage.

‘Chill & Grill’ Saturday Brunch
Saturdays welcome the ‘Chill & Grill’ beach BBQ, a unique casual brunch concept where guests can enjoy unlimited barbecued food, seated at rustic tables on the decking, or barefoot in the sand. Buffet highlights include a wide selection of live cooking stations and counters with grilled meats and seafood, relished delicacies such as ceviche, beef sliders and chicken tacos, as well as the freshest salmon, lobsters and prawns from a live grill station. A range of fresh salads and quirky yet delicious desserts complete the menu, a live music and ‘island-style,’ hand-crafted beverages complete the experience.

Extend the leisure, pre and post brunch with beach and pool access (5 outdoor swimming pools with kids slide and lazy river), along with the option of adding a 30-minute spa treatment.
