Nissan KSA Announces Leadership Changes in Saudi Arabia
Arabian Drive – Nissan Saudi Arabia today announced changes in the leadership team that will drive growth in KSA and the Middle East. Bader El Houssami, previously Nissan KSA’s Managing Director has been appointed as Africa, Middle East, India, and Oceania region (AMIO) Business Development Director. Adib Takieddine, previously Sales Operations, Vehicle Volume Management & Corporate Planning Director at Nissan Middle East, has taken over the role of Nissan Saudi Arabia Managing Director.
Both Houssami and Takieddine assumed their new roles as of July 1st, 2022. Takieddine will be responsible for managing the daily operational functions, as well as leading the business strategy and overseeing the performance of Nissan in the Saudi market.

Commenting on his new appointment, Adib Takieddine, Nissan Saudi Arabia Managing Director said: “I’m honored to take on the role of Managing Director for Saudi Arabia, a vital opportunity market for Nissan in the region. Takieddine joined Nissan and Infiniti in 2014, where he was leading the Sales and Network Development operations at Infiniti Middle East, before he became the General Manager of the division in 2017. He was then appointed General Manager – Sales for the Gulf region at Nissan Middle East. A year later, Takieddine was promoted to Director of Sales operations at Nissan Middle East. After demonstrating an impressive track record in growing the Nissan business in the region, he then took on the position of Director of Sales Operations, Vehicle Volume Management and Corporate planning.

Prior to joining Nissan Middle East where he was responsible for managing all sales operations for the brand across the Gulf and Levant markets, Takieddine began his career in 2006 with General Motors where he accumulated his extensive automotive experience across various functions including aftersales, sales and marketing divisions, and made significant achievements in terms of market share growth, efficiency, and profitability.
