MARK THE HOLY FESTIVAL OF EID AT FARZI DUBAI

Marking the end of Ramadan with some modern Indian feasting, Dubai’s much-loved bistro is offering a palate-tickling menu available for lunch and dinner at City Walk and Mall of the Emirates

After a month of fasting wake up the taste buds with a feast fit for royalty at modern Indian bistro Farzi. Marking the end of the holy month of Ramadan with a gastronomic experience like no other, the exclusive menu is stuffed full of the culinary twists to help families and friends of the city break away from the traditional Eid feast.

Priced at excellent value of AED 150 per person for a minimum of two, Farzi’s innovative Eid sharing menu kicks off with a zingy and refreshing kale and mango salad topped with Greek yoghurt, pecan and pomegranate and an avocado bhel puri – sweet and tangy puffs of rice with creamy avo and crispy corn flakes. Next, hungry groups can feast on appetizers of lentil risotto arancini with pickled mayo and poppadum rolls; golden deep-fried tempura prawns with a chilli foam air and Farzi’s much-loved Murgh Tikka Pasanda served with an active charcoal hummus and coriander kulcha.

For mains, the new Farzi dish Palak Paneer Croquettes – a tempered spinach curry with gram flour flatbreads and Spanish-style croquettes stuffed with Indian cheese paneer; will be served alongside a chicken biryani laced with lemon zest and Afghani Pista Korma – a culinary hybrid blending stuffed chicken tikka with pistachio. Piles of freshly-cooked Indian breads and fluffily-fragrant dum pulao provide much needed carbs to soak up every last drop of gravy.

To finish this spectacular Eid feast on a sugar-laced high, freshly-made Rasmalai – flattened clotted cream balls topped with carrot cream, soaked in saffron milk and topped with the prettiest rose petal edible net. To wash it all down, each guest will be served a complimentary Vimtojito or icy glass of laban.

The Farzi Dubai Eid Menu will be available at both Farzi Dubai locations in City Walk and Mall of Emirates throughout Eid Al Fitr for lunch and dinner. The menu will be priced at AED 150 per person and be available for dine in only.
