Nikki Beach Dubai invites those struck by Cupid’s arrow to sit amongst the ocean breeze with their feet in the sand and celebrate love while dining under the stars and enjoying a specially curated menu, a bottle of premium sparkling and live performances. Immerse yourself in enchanting setting boasting fresh flowers and ambient candles. Starters designed to be shared include Oysters, which are known around the world as an aphrodisiac, Signature Sushi Platter, Beef Tartare served with shallots, capers, gherkins, chives, and brioche bread, and Dynamite Shrimps served with mango salsa, sriracha mayonnaise, and wakame. Moving on to the main courses, the Nikki Beach Dubai culinary staff prepared Grilled Tiger Prawns with yuzu butter sauce and delectable Wagyu Striploin with beef jus, all accompanied with mouthwatering broccolini and truffle mashed potatoes. To end on a sweet note, the team created Strawberry Bliss, which was composed with vanilla, strawberry, hazelnut, and crispy rice.
