L’ETO Cafe Launches its Delectable Ramadan Menu for 2023

L’ETO Cafe, a renowned dining destination, has launched its 2023 Ramadan menu that offers a feast of savoury delights and sweet treats. The menu will be available from March 23 to April 23, 2023, and promises to provide a memorable dining experience for customers.

The L’ETO Cafe Ramadan menu includes a variety of platters, drinks, and desserts that cater to different tastes and preferences. The Sharing Experience Platters offer a mix of flavours and textures that are perfect for sharing with family and friends. The Mixed Grill Platter (189 AED) features tender chicken breasts with mixed herbs, beef rump steak, marinated prawns, and steamed rice or French fries. The platter is accompanied by a selection of dips that includes hummus, fava beans, baba ghanoush, and herbed yoghurt.

The Lamb & Rice Pilaf Platter (199 AED) features braised lamb shank, rice pilaf with mixed nuts, Fattoush salad with feta cheese, garden salad, and dips that include hummus and mint yoghurt. The Vegetarian Platter (169 AED) includes spinach borek, homemade falafel, Fattoush salad, honeycomb & mascarpone cheese, and dips that include hummus, labneh, and mint yoghurt.

The menu also features refreshing drinks that complement the savoury dishes, including the Apricot Smoothie (49 AED) with apricot, mandarin, maple, banana, and bergamot, the Cashew Coco (40 AED) with cashew nuts, dates, coconut, maple, and ginger, and the Tamarindo (39 AED) with tamarind syrup, lemon, jasmine iced tea, and sparkling water.

To end the meal on a sweet note, L’ETO Cafe has created an exquisite selection of desserts, including the Lotus Caramel Cheesecake (49 AED) with Dulcey Valrhona chocolate, cinnamon, creamy cheese, and fresh berries, the Dates Walnut Cupcake (39 AED) with dates, vanilla, walnuts, and rose buds, the Ramadan Kareem Bento Cake (69 AED) with vanilla-infused sponge, blueberry jam, and edible gold, and the Umm Ali (55 AED) with puff pastry soaked in homemade cream with pistachio, almonds, coconut chips, and topped with dates and berries.
