Following the runaway success of its first branch on Hessa Street, which was the first outpost outside Lebanon where the brand was born, favourite Beirut eatery Barbar opens the doors of its second Dubai branch at Bay Avenue, a two-storey retail promenade near the Executive Towers complex in Business Bay.

Delighting customers for more than 40 years in Lebanon, Barbar started from a small bakery in Hamra Street in the heart of Beirut and quickly became famous for its delicious manakish, shawarma, falafel, and signature sandwiches like the iconic Francisco, Philadelphia and more. Today, Barbar has firmly cemented itself as a venerable institution in Lebanon.

Since its start in Dubai, Barbar’s delicious and varied menu selection has attracted diners to its Hessa Street branch in the thousands, flocking to the restaurant day and night to enjoy authentic Lebanese flavors.

The Business Bay branch opening is part of the brand’s ambitious expansion plans with further regional openings later this year in Riyadh, Tahliyah street, in Qatar’s new Place Vendome Mall and Al Sadd District, and also in New Cairo, Egypt – All expected to open in the coming months.
