Combining an effortlessly cool atmosphere with unparalleled views of Burj Al Arab Jumeirah and bold Peruvian-Nikkei flavours by Chef Cristian Goya, the pop-up invites guests to partake in a sophisticated three-course weekday business
Perfect for a lunch with colleagues or clients in location that is sure to impress, or a leisurely gathering with friends, the three-course menu includes a starter, main and dessert from the innovative new menu. Experience authentic flavours of Japan and South America with the likes of Salmon Tataki with Miso Karashi Sauce or Crispy Rice with Spicy tuna Tartare to start before sampling a KAYTO favourite such as Coriander Rice with Shrimps and Lime or a selection of hand-crafted sushi (12 pieces). To finish the lunch on a sweet note, guests are invited to select a dessert from the à la carte menu including Mochi or the delectable Cheesecake Brûlée and Mandarin Sorbet.
