The Retreats team of wellness experts and chefs have sought out the healthiest options and alternatives to make the cakes, such as buckwheat flowers instead of wheat flower, almond milk as opposed to cow’s milk, coconut sugar instead of refined white sugar. For those needing to be re-energized after the holidays The Retreats full-body Cryotherapy is just the solution. The super-cold treatment is hailed for its benefits to the body which include, ongoing muscle and joint pain relief and healing, support in weight loss and rejuvenated skin.
