Guests are invited to embark on a seven-course experience menu crafted by renowned Chef Donato, showcasing the finest seafood delicacies paired with the exquisite taste of Oscietra caviar.
The concept at Celebrities draws inspiration from the changing seasons, where Chef Colagreco and Chef Donato bring forth produce in its prime. Coming out of winter, as Spring blooms, is when the sturgeon produces more caviar. In line with the restaurant’s commitment to showcasing seasonal dining experiences, the “Seafood and Caviar” menu focuses on celebrating just that. Each course promises to pique the taste buds and elevate the dining experience to new heights of sophistication. Highlights include L’Avocat with Avocado, Spinach, and Oscietra Caviar, Le Homard Blue with Piedmont Hazelnuts, Oscietra Caviar and Seasonal Pear, La Betterave featuring Beetroot Baked in Salt Crust and Oscietra Caviar, La Noix Saint-Jacques presenting an inspired plate of Seared Scallops, Hay Syphon and Oscietra Caviar, Le Pates featuring indulgent Homemade Tagliolini and Caviar ‘Noir De Noir’, and La Sole with Wild Dover Sole, Cauliflower, and Oscietra Caviar Perlage. The seven courses are rounded off with Symphony of the Sea, celebrating the ocean’s bounty.
