March 21st marks the official start to Nowruz this year, celebrating the beginning of spring and the first day in the Persian calendar. Palazzo Versace Dubai is pulling out all stops to embrace the occasion with an exhilarating concert and special gala dinner packages, reimagining the ancient Persian world for an evening of decadence and festivity on Saturday, March 18th.

Nowruz celebrates the coming together of families, friends, and loved ones to wish each other well and look forward to the future, often while gathering around the table to enjoy traditional Persian dishes. To commemorate the festivity, Palazzo Versace Dubai has curated a selection of special dining offers centered around the unparalleled flavours of Persia, complete with a special live music performance from Iranian pop-sensations, Ahllam and Sasy.

On the evening of the festivities, guests will be taken to their respective tables to enjoy a stunning Nowruz dinner, choosing from an array of delectable dishes featuring traditional Persian-flavours from a specially curated menu. The evening will culminate in an electrifying show featuring exclusive live performances by Iranian & Khaliji pop-sensation Ahllam, performing some of her biggest hits “Jane Jananam” and “Eshge Shirinam” along with Sasy, known for his Iranian pop and R&B renditions, performing record-selling hits like “Gentleman” and “Vay Cheghadr.”

To evoke the spirit of ancient Persia, Palazzo Versace Dubai’s central pool will house the concert stage for the evening, which will be fashioned after the Allahverdi Khan Bridge, popularly known as Si-o-se-pol (meaning the bridge of 33 in Persian), the largest of Persia’s historical bridges and a beautiful feat of architecture.
