Brace yourselves, as Babylon returns for a highly anticipated new season! After a brief hiatus, the popular DIFC hotspot will be re-opening its doors to the public on April 20th in time for the long weekend, bringing guests an experience even more spectacular than before.

The masters of hedonism have once again created a theatrical dining journey like no other, guaranteed to leave guests spellbound with dramatically orchestrated, never-seen-before shows, a refreshed culinary offering, and thrilling new weekly events. A paragon of innovative luxury dining, Babylon perfectly blends extraordinary entertainment with exceptional food and beverage programs, and equally brilliant vibes.

Inspired by the bygone city of Babylon, one of the seven wonders of the ancient world and a city devoted to pure indulgence, the new season at the luxury DIFC dining venue will be centered around the seven vices through an extravagant, seven-act theatrical production that will transport the audience to various historical eras through immersive performances featuring acrobats, singers, and dancers.

From April 20th, the new show will reimagine each of the seven vices as an essential pleasure of life, as Babylon’s Master of Ceremony takes guests on a journey through time from the ancient Roman festivals of Bacchanalia to Marie Antoinette’s reign and the French Revolution, all the way through to 1940s Hollywood. With a brand-new ambience created by Babylon’s expert entertainment team, the audience will be immersed in this sublime hedonistic world, further captivated by exhilarating shorter performances in-between the seven main acts.

In addition to the spellbinding new shows, Babylon is also unveiling Babyloniat, a brand-new weekly event that will launch for the first time on May 16th and will be bringing guests an entirely new nightlife experience, focusing on Arabian house music with an exciting line-up of DJs scheduled throughout the new season.

Alongside the immersive entertainment, guests will be able to indulge in Babylon’s decadent dining experience, with an elevated yet cosmopolitan culinary offering that has made the restaurant an instant hit with the city’s diners. Executive Chef Carlos De Los Mozos has added seasonal specials to the beloved a la carte menu, allowing guests the chance to indulge in new delicacies, each designed to take diners on a sensorial journey of the tastes. The seasonal specials include a variety of carefully curated dishes, such as Salmon Tiradito with Ginger & Chilli Dressing for a deliciously fresh bite; Veal & Fig Pizza offering a unique combination of flavors; Charcoal Roasted Lamb Shoulder cooked with specially house-made Babylon spices; Charred Cabbage Kushiyaki; Softshell Crab Maki and more.

As the evening draws in and the curtains go up, Babylon seamlessly transitions into a hedonistic playground, filled with seductive performances, extravagant costumes and electrifying music, promising a night like no other. Babylon will also be open on Sunday April 23rd and Monday April 24th, offering two additional nights of pure fun, exclusively for the long weekend.
