This autumn, Maison Ruinart is setting up its ephemeral dining room in the restaurant Il Carpaccio. The universe of this exclusive space has been entirely designed around a partnership between the Brazilian artist Vik Muniz and Champagne Ruinart, on the theme : « Roots ».The “Shared Roots” menu has been created by Chef Filipe Da Assunçao, sublimating exclusive root vegetables. On his side, Pierre Hermé has imagined an exquisite pastry, while the Ruinart Cellar Master Frederic Panaïotis has elaborated a combination of Champagne pairing, especially selected for the event.From Monday 4th November to Saturday 16th November 2019
