GIA Ristorante welcomes the month of Ramadan with a culinary journey of Italian cuisine inspired by Middle Eastern flavours. A gastronomic experience awaits guests with a range of contemporary, yet traditional specialties that will be offered for Suhoor throughout the month of Ramadan. Starting from AED 39, the à la carte Suhoor menu will be served from 9pm – 2am

Promising a decadent selection of dynamic and flavorful Italian dishes, a culinary experience awaits guests with the unique Suhoor menu that includes a range of delectable dishes specially curated for this special occasion.

The menu includes new unique dishes at GIA,including themouthwatering Antipasti piatto, a platter consisting of halloumi bruschetta, arancini, polpette, sundried tomato paste and homemade garlic infused bread. The elements of the Shakshouka Pizza are put on as a show where the delightful cheese is mixed, table side, with the tender baked egg. The Pasta E FagioliZuppais a classic Italian soup with tempting veal bacon and a mix of white and red beans. For those fond of cheese opt for the Calzone Classico, a blend of mozzarella, cheddar, and halloumi along with spicy salami, tomatoes and is served with rocket leaves.

For those with a sweet tooth, complement your meal with scrumptious desserts such as La Dolce Vita, consisting of a chocolate dome with fragrant saffron cardamom sponge cake and pistachio ricotta cream and luscious fresh berries to cut through the sweetness.
